MiramiChat offers girls-first random one-on-one video, voice and text chat inside your browser. Every match connects you with a woman selected at random from whoever happens to be online at that moment. Which specific person appears, how a conversation unfolds, and whether anyone particular is online — none of that is ours to promise. Random matching is the nature of the product, and using MiramiChat means accepting that.
You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to use this kind of service in your jurisdiction. Guests may chat without registering; accounts unlock extras like saved preferences and call history, and keeping an account secure is its owner’s responsibility.
You are responsible for everything you do in a call. Using MiramiChat means agreeing to our community guidelines — no harassment, no explicit content, no scams, no recording or exposing the other party, nothing illegal. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or banned permanently, with or without prior warning, and illegal conduct is reported to the authorities.
First matches cost nothing. Extended sessions may use coins — virtual credits purchased on the site. Coins carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between users or converted back into money, and are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. Every price is presented before payment, and transactions run through third-party processors; the privacy policy describes how that information is treated.
Calls are live, unscripted, and generated by the people in them. Responsibility for what another user says or displays sits with that user, not with us. Skip, block and report are available on every call, supported by human moderation 24/7 — reach for them the instant something feels wrong.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We put real effort into keeping MiramiChat fast and reliable, but uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and fulfillment of every expectation are not things we guarantee. Where the law permits, all warranties are disclaimed.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MiramiChat bears no liability for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, or other users’ actions. Where liability cannot be waived, it is capped at whatever you paid us during the three months preceding the claim.
Stopping is always your choice: guests simply close the tab, and registered users can request deletion through [email protected]. On our side, access can be suspended or terminated for anyone who breaches these terms.
These terms may be revised over time, and the current version always lives on this page — continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions or disputes about the terms begin with an email to [email protected], which is where most issues get resolved.
