MiramiChat connects strangers for private 1v1 video calls, and that format only survives if both people feel safe inside it. These rules are the agreement every user accepts: violate them and access ends. You must be 18 or older to be here, and this document works together with our terms of service. No moderation team can watch every call as it happens — which is exactly why the report button, and your own judgment, are part of the enforcement system.
Every match is a human being. Abuse, intimidation, hate speech, and demeaning someone over their body, race, religion, gender or sexuality are all grounds for removal. Girls-first matching only stays worth having while the calls stay worth taking. Not enjoying a conversation? Skip it — the button exists for precisely that.
Calls stay clean, period. Nudity, sexual acts, and sexual propositions toward strangers are all prohibited. Where minors are concerned we are absolute: MiramiChat is 18+ without exception, anyone appearing underage is referred to the appropriate authorities, and sexual content involving minors is something we actively detect, delete and escalate — no warnings issued, no second chances given.
Do not request money, presents, gift cards or financial favors from a match — and never send any to a match who requests them. Do not steer people toward other platforms, links or products either. Someone who raises money in the opening minutes of a call is reciting the oldest script on the internet: report, skip, done.
A call is a private exchange between two people. Capturing it on video, grabbing screenshots, restreaming it, or publishing the other person’s image or identifying details anywhere violates these rules — and in many jurisdictions, the law. Handle every call the way you would want your own handled.
If a match breaks these rules, do not argue with them. Finish the call, block, and tap report — three seconds, and a human moderator owns the case. Do not fight back, do not play along hoping to gather proof, and do not repost the incident elsewhere as a warning: that multiplies the harm instead of stopping it. Reporting is the action that works.
Reports reach human moderators who staff the queue around the clock. Outcomes scale with severity: a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. The gravest cases — minors, threats, illegal content — bypass the ladder entirely and end in immediate permanent removal. Believe a ban was wrong? Email [email protected] and a person will review the case again.
