Contact Us

How to reach MiramiChat: one support inbox, and what to include for bug reports, safety concerns, payment questions and data deletion requests.

One address for everything

All support at MiramiChat goes through [email protected]. Every message gets read by a human, and most receive a reply within one or two working days — often sooner. We do not run a phone line; written threads protect both sides, especially where payments or personal data are concerned. Put the topic in your subject line and you will get a faster answer. Writing about another user? Give us whatever pins down the call — roughly when it happened and what occurred is normally enough for our team to locate it.

When something breaks

Three details fix most bug reports: the action you attempted, what the site did instead, and your setup — device type, browser, and approximately when it happened. Attaching a screenshot usually shortens the exchange by a day. Calls refusing to connect or a camera that stays dark are often solved already in the help center, which is worth a look before you wait on us.

Safety reports go first

Threats, illegal content, or a match you believe is under 18: start your subject line with URGENT and tell us everything you can recall — the time of the call, what the other person said or showed, screenshots if any exist. These messages are handled ahead of the rest of the queue. During the call itself, the built-in report button matters just as much: it captures the technical context our moderators need, and it is staffed day and night.

Questions about money

Anything involving a charge or coins should come from the email address registered to your account, with the payment date and amount included. Leave your card number out of the message entirely — our payment processor holds those details, not us, so there is nothing for you to send. Once we can identify the transaction, most billing issues close within a few working days.

Save yourself the email

Camera permissions, connection trouble, matching, coins, blocking, reporting — the help center answers these instantly, no queue involved. One warning worth repeating: MiramiChat will never email you asking for a password or complete card details. If a message does, it did not come from us.

Asking for your data

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or full deletion of your account and its data — all three start the same way: mail [email protected] from your account address and name which one you want. We may verify it is really you with a question or two, then we carry it out. What exists to ask about, and the reasons it is kept, are documented in the privacy policy.
