Quick answers for MiramiChat: camera permission, connection problems, matching, coins, blocking and reporting, deleting your data, and using it on a phone.

Calls refuse to connect — now what?

Work through the unglamorous checks first, since they resolve the majority of cases: reload the page, make sure your internet is stable, and shut other tabs or apps that could be holding the camera. No luck? Switch to a different up-to-date browser — MiramiChat lives entirely inside the browser, and an old one causes more failures than anything else. Because nothing is ever installed, there is nothing to reinstall.

Granting camera and microphone access

The browser itself asks for permission when your first call begins. Hit “block” by accident? Click the padlock in the address bar, switch camera and microphone back to allow, then reload. On mobile, the identical toggle sits in the browser’s site settings. That access exists only to carry your live call — the moment you close the tab, it ends.

Matching feels slow right now — why?

A match requires a real woman online at the very same second, so a quiet patch usually means exactly that — wait a moment and tap again, or come back at a busier hour. Rapid skipping is part of the design rather than a malfunction: finding the right conversation is supposed to cost a few taps. Peak times differ by region; when your evening winds down, someone else’s morning is starting, and that spread keeps the pool alive.

What coins are

Coins are the site’s virtual credits. First matches cost nothing — that is the free-to-start part — while extended sessions may draw on coins. You always see the price before any charge, and coins cannot be converted back into cash. The detailed rules sit in the terms of service; billing trouble goes to support.

Blocking and reporting someone

Skip, block and report are built into every call — a single tap each, no justification required. Skip finishes the call; block prevents that person from reaching you again; report hands the case to the human moderators who work 24/7. The behavior that crosses the line is defined in the community guidelines.

Removing your account or data

Guest users never created an account, so there is nothing to remove. Registered users can request deletion of the account and its data whenever they like — email [email protected] from the registered address. Retention periods and what falls under them are documented in the privacy policy.

Using MiramiChat on a phone

The whole product is designed for thumbs. Open miramichat.live in your mobile browser and everything works: matching, video, call controls. Adding the site to your home screen makes it launch full-screen with its own icon — app behavior without any app store. The Mirami app page walks through it.
